This project is a multi-use proposal located in Port of Spain, Trinidad, combining self-storage at ground level with spaces for agriculture research and experimentation, while delivering practical value for the client and project stakeholders.
The design employs a mix of coloured metal siding and painted blockwork, with glass and open-air areas providing visual connectivity and natural light. The layout emphasizes functional efficiency and adaptability, accommodating diverse activities while maintaining a coherent architectural identity that supports long-term usability and stakeholder confidence.
The proposal balances practical operational requirements with a strong visual presence, creating a
versatile and contextually responsive building that serves occupants, owners, and stakeholders alike.
