This project is a single-storey commercial rental proposal designed for a prominent site in Chase
Village, Trinidad, intended to accommodate a bank or corporate office and deliver long-term value for
the building owner.
The design adopts a language of modern simplicity, with glass as the dominant material to promote
transparency, visibility, and a strong public presence. Exposed steel post columns along the front façade
introduce a subtle expression of engineering, reinforcing the building’s contemporary character while
supporting durability and ease of maintenance.
The proposal prioritizes clarity of layout, functional efficiency, and flexibility, supporting a range of
corporate uses while presenting a confident, professional image that meets tenant expectations and the
owner’s performance objectives.
