Agreeing with town and country planning

Planning policies of the Country are absolutely necessary and are of great importance, beyond what many are willing to admit. During my 47 years of awareness and observation, I’ve seen enough to know well, that these policies are a must for the structured existence and interactions between the built environment and people. People and people, people and nature. The requirements are for the preservation and maintenance of spaces, light, air, traffic, regulations in various zone types.

The Approval Process

Forward to today: since extending their services to an online platform, I’ve seen mostly great improvements and some not so great. The interaction between officer and applicant is quite encouraging and seems to have enhanced efficiency some, this includes emailing as well.

Not so great is the response time for an outline approval, especially for small projects. Why so long to dispense information which you already have available? Please consider giving us a link to the information, this might ease you up a bit. However, keep up the good work and thanks for improving the “not so good”. We certainly would welcome less waiting time for approvals.
